When emotions get stuck in the body, willpower alone can’t unclench them. Ropana Yoga—my approach to healing through breath and movement—offers softness that transforms.

What Is Ropana Yoga?

A mindful flow blending breath, slow intentional movement, and focused attention.

A Short At-Home Ropana Sequence

  1. Seated Arrival – hands on heart & belly, slow breaths.
  2. Neck & Shoulder Unwind – gentle rolls.
  3. Cat-Cow – inhale lift, exhale round.
  4. Thread the Needle – gentle twist.
  5. Low Lunge with Side Reach.
  6. Forward Fold + Sigh.
  7. Constructive Rest – lie down, hand to belly.

If emotion arises, let it. Name it softly.

Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s a whisper, a stretch that says: I’m safe now.

Try this sequence and share how you felt before and after.
