A Short At-Home Ropana Sequence
- Seated Arrival – hands on heart & belly, slow breaths.
- Neck & Shoulder Unwind – gentle rolls.
- Cat-Cow – inhale lift, exhale round.
- Thread the Needle – gentle twist.
- Low Lunge with Side Reach.
- Forward Fold + Sigh.
- Constructive Rest – lie down, hand to belly.
