Also, experienced in writing and working with state and federal proposals, administration, creating work systems, recruitment and selection processes, employee motivation and teamwork, and leadership.
President & Founder of a non-profit corporation, Family Secret Helpers, which helps and empowers the community in different areas. Founder of the projects BEmpower Women and Empútate. Author of two educational books with an international publisher and self-published author. Also, experience in editing, writing, blogging, social media, podcast, radio, tv, and event planning.
