Ropana Yoga
Healing & Empowering your Life
Ropana, derived from Sanskrit, means “to heal.”
Ropana Yoga is a holistic method I created to integrate Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Holistic Psychology, Coaching, and Contextual Therapy Techniques. This practice is rooted in the belief that healing the body, mind, and spirit restores balance, improves overall health, and empowers us to live authentically.
Whether through group classes or one-on-one sessions, Ropana Yoga offers a path toward well-being, emotional release, and personal transformation.

Our Yoga Styles
Nancy Rivera
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, trained in the Samādhi Method at Samādhi Yoga Ayurveda Institute in Puerto Rico. In addition, I hold a Master’s degree in Holistic Psychology, advanced training in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and I’m currently completing my Doctorate.
My approach integrates movement, mindfulness, and psychology to help individuals—especially women and trauma survivors—release emotions, find balance, and step into their true power.
