Vision
To support individuals around the world in experiencing healing, balance, and reconnection with themselves — beyond barriers of language, background, identity, or location.
Ropana Yoga
Healing & Empowering your Life
Ropana, derived from Sanskrit, means “to heal.”
Ropana Yoga is a holistic, trauma-informed method I created to support emotional healing, nervous-system regulation, embodied awareness, and inner balance.
This integrative practice weaves together Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Holistic Psychology, Coaching, and contextual therapeutic approaches — guiding individuals back to their bodies, intuition, and inner wisdom.
Ropana Yoga is rooted in a simple but powerful truth:
When the body feels safe, the mind softens, the heart opens, and healing becomes possible.
This practice is not about perfect poses.
It is about presence, gentleness, emotional safety, and self-connection.
Whether experienced through private sessions or small groups, Ropana Yoga offers a supportive path toward emotional regulation, grounding, clarity, and personal transformation.

Our Yoga Styles
Nancy Rivera
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance, trained through the Samādhi Method at the Samādhi Yoga & Ayurveda Institute in Puerto Rico.
I hold a Master’s degree in Holistic Psychology, advanced training in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and I am currently completing my Doctorate.
My work integrates movement, mindfulness, psychology, and emotional healing to support individuals — especially those navigating trauma, stress, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions — in releasing stored emotions, restoring balance, and reconnecting with their inner strength.
Ropana Yoga is not something I teach to people.
It is a healing practice I walk alongside them.
