Our Yoga Styles

Nancy Rivera

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, an accreditation that confirms I’ve completed professional yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). While I’ve practiced yoga on a personal level for many years, I chose to formally certify myself as a Yoga Teacher in 2022 through the Samādhi Method at the Samādhi Yoga Ayurveda Institute in Puerto Rico.

In addition to my yoga certification, I have pursued further studies in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and earned a Master’s degree in Holistic Psychology. I am currently working toward my doctorate in Holistic Medicine. My approach integrates coaching techniques, psychological studies, and contextual therapies to guide individuals—especially children and adolescents—toward achieving their goals, managing emotions, and optimizing their personal growth.
