October reminds us that everything in nature has a rhythm — the leaves fall, the air cools, and the world gently lets go of what’s no longer needed. It’s the perfect time to do the same within ourselves.

Letting go isn’t always easy. We hold on to routines, expectations, and even emotions that weigh us down because they feel familiar. But when we create space, we make room for what’s next — peace, clarity, and alignment.

Here are three ways to release what no longer serves you before stepping into a new month:

  1. Breathe and Acknowledge.
Take a few deep breaths and name what’s been heavy lately. Don’t judge it — just notice it. Awareness is the first act of release.
  2. Use the Power of Aroma.
Diffuse Frankincense for grounding and Wild Orange for emotional renewal. Let the scent remind you that growth always follows surrender.
  3. Move and Flow.
Try a gentle yoga flow or a few minutes of stretching. Your body holds onto emotions — movement helps you let them go.

Remember: You are not meant to carry everything. Releasing is not giving up — it’s trusting that peace and purpose await on the other side.

As we flow into November, I can’t wait to share something special — Ropana Yoga online classes begin soon! It’s a space for you to heal, move, and reconnect with your inner self. Details are coming in the next newsletter and on my social media.

Take this week to breathe, release, and realign with what truly matters. You are exactly where you need to be.
