The holidays are around the corner — and for many of us, that means joy mixed with a bit of chaos. Between gatherings, to-do lists, and expectations, it’s easy to lose your center.
But this year, let’s do it differently. Let’s protect our peace before the rush begins.
Here are three ways I’m doing that:
- Slow Mornings, Even Once a Week.
Try waking up 15 minutes earlier just to breathe, journal, or sip coffee in silence. Peaceful mornings create grounded days. - Say “No” with Love.
You don’t have to say yes to everything. Boundaries are self-care, not selfishness. - Create Emotional Anchors.
Keep a grounding oil like Balance, Cedarwood, or Frankincense in your bag. When stress rises, inhale deeply and let your breath bring you back home.
This season, I’ll also be introducing Ropana Yoga online classes — a healing, gentle flow created to restore the connection between your mind, body, and spirit. It’s the perfect way to reset and nurture yourself from the inside out.
Remember: You can’t pour from an empty cup. Protecting your peace is the best gift you can give yourself — and everyone around you.
