So many people begin healing with the belief that something is wrong with them.

That they need to be fixed.
Repaired.
Rebuilt.

But healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — because you’re not broken.

You are becoming.

Every emotional pattern you carry once served a purpose. Every coping mechanism was, at some point, a form of protection. Growth doesn’t require shame. It requires compassion.

When we stop trying to “fix” ourselves, something shifts:

  • we soften instead of forcing
  • we integrate instead of erase
  • we heal without violence toward ourselves

True transformation happens when we feel safe — not when we feel pressured.

You don’t heal by becoming someone else.
You heal by coming home to yourself.

Where you are right now is not a failure.
It’s a transition.

And becoming takes time.
